I was their client for about 3 years. My husband was also their client. They did me dirty today by injuring my arms. I did a 60 min session with the massage therapist Sunny Ningning Shang. My regular lady was sick and they gave me this unprofessional person instead. I have never in my life gotten injuries from any other place. So no, this is not "normal" as they tried to tell me and no, I sincerely don't believe this happens at other clinics. If people got injuries all the time from massages, why would they go? The point is to increase wellness, not to create injuries.

I tried to address this on the phone with their front desk and they gave me the run around. My daughter took over the phone call and they kept saying it was our own fault for not communicating the injury before leaving the clinic (because I saw it when I got home? duh?), that the onus was on me to say it was painful rather than on their staff to do check-ins, that many people there get injuries too of all kinds and that I had signed a consent form. The manager Charlene is a complete joke of a service person. She is the worst person there, I'd say worse than the person who injured my arms. Don't talk to her if you have an issue. She'll make you feel bad about it and if you get upset with her, you're not allowed!

It was such a poor business decision on their part to treat me like this. I will not be returning. I've been there over ten times. They've now turned that into zero and I'll be telling everyone in my network how they treated me so they can give their business to literally any other rmt in existence.

Ghetto clinic. Stay away!!!!

They injured my wife's arms and refused to take any ownership, not even a fake sorry this happened. My wife came home in pain with long red marks on both the front side of her arms. The massage therapist Sunny Ningning Shang pinched her body like it was bread dough. Barely addressed the needed areas. How did she graduate from rmt college? Charged us $84.75 for this? Anyone off the street can do a better job.

The cherry on the top is the manager Charlene and their owner though. Talked down to us like we are children about going to the doctor. Any time we tried to circle back to a refund or an apology, they would redirect the conversation to 1. go to the doctor 2. your injury is normal, there are people with worse injuries than you (they mentioned allergic reactions - literally what does that have to do with our situation?) 3. go to the doc.

November is giving month. It's better to give your money to charity than to give it to the bunch of crooks that operate this place.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would have!

The RMT Sunny Ningning Shang doesn't know what she is doing. She keeps on squeezing my mother, with her nails dug in, that she came home with two large red scratches on her arms!!!

Sunny didn't even check in on my mother, asking if this is too hard, too soft, how are you feeling so far! NOTHING! This is basic rule of customer service 101!!! She should not be giving people massages!! She even made the BED SHAKE! THAT'S HOW HARD SHE WAS SQUEEZING!!

The store manager Charlene is rude and unhelpful when we brought up the injuries. She clowned around tossing around legal terms like "hearsay" and even mentioned how she isn't a doctor. I'm completely perplexed as to why anyone would need that clarification.

I go here frequently to get massage therapy and the staff is always so friendly and I always leave feeling refreshed!

Currently receiving Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Massage here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The services they provide are excellent.

After coming to this clinic, I am relieved to find such a fantastic physiotherapy clinic right next to me. Sonal was the one who treated me for my neck pain, and I instantly felt relief. She was patient and took her time with me. A definite welcoming feel.

I came here for the first time and it was great! I had a massage by Sally the RMT and Anita , the Chiropractor, and they cured me of all my pain. ! Highly recommend this place and their rates are very reasonable!
