Prashant is excellent and very helpful (answering phone calls and updating us). The repair job was fantastic and exactly like new (the damage was to passenger rear door - dented in, paint scratched and rusted). I'll only be going to Pro Tech moving forward for mechanical maintenance for my car. Thanks for looking after my car so well!
