Pros: Very honest owner. When the work began he discovered slightly more issues and did not over charge and stuck by his original quote. He even provided me with pictures showing additional issues he discovered.
His service fees are usually 50% lower than the ones quoted by dealers.
100% would go back to this place again
Cons: He does not seem to have a computerized system. So was unable to get written confirmation of the work being done.
Ram is an awesome guy! he is being fixing my cars for years.... I trust him fully.
