I was diagnosed in type 2 diabetic around 10 years ago. I still remember that when I went to doctor his answer was to go and do some exercise it will be fine. I am extremely sorry to say that I did not get any doctor who can tell me how to prevent diabetes without medication. Either doctor made us victim to be diabetic or they Just don’t want to cure us, or they are programmed that way to say us systematically be a victim of medications. Although I tried several diet plans during past time nothing change to make me mediation free. However, I have done enough research in diabetes, but the results were not that impressive. At this point that he told me without medication, I can run my life and eventually I can be free from diabetic. It’s a miracle that someone still telling me the truth.
