After two weeks of ridiculous I finally found a Rogers Store with people that didn’t have Cividitis. The staff in this store are absolutely amazing. I spoke with Abdul at first and upon entering the store Rico and another young lady. Both got me the phone I wanted and set it through iCloud. So professional. Such a wonderful change. Thank you all for you assistance and you professionalism. It will be remembered for future. ???♥️

Customer service was the greatest....i was really taking care of.....the store manager had do much patience....and really knows what he's doing to make sure customers are happy with service

Wonderful new store with very wide spacious space. The whole staff is friendly but Mr Haider is awesome, fully knowledgeable and amazingly talented person. He greeted us at door and explained us all the products thoroughly. He helped us to choose the right plan and device. He is really humble, down to earth and nice personality in Rogers Cedarbrae Mall.
Recommend 5 stars to this guy and the store as well.
