I have seen several projects of ROSSCLAIR and I am impressed with the details they put into the job especially in creating the right atmosphere for the right type of space. Their thoughtfulness on design experience is evident on the furniture, office sections, colors and themes they choose that’s custom to each project. In my past position, ROSSCLAIR was contracted to complete various jobs, including turnkey spaces, and back to base work. ROSSCLAIR replied to any issues that may have come up quickly and efficiently. Approachable and friendly staff made all aspects of dealing with ROSSCLAIR a pleasure to deal with.

I have had the pleasure of working with ROSSCLAIR on numerous projects including our rooftop lounge and patio addition (2013) as well as a recent major renovation of our entire 4th floor, including construction of a new restaurant (“1874 Bar and Grill”) and open concept Kitchen (2017).
The National Club building is 110 years old and designated as a heritage building. It was a difficult task to essentially add an additional floor while maintaining all aspects of the heritage areas, and external look of the building.
Throughout the course of the renovation ROSSCLAIR employees were very professional and respectful of the Club and our members. The job was done on time, on budget and with care and precision. They were accurate in their initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. They were clear in their record keeping and time log.
Given that our business was still in operation during both renovations, they were extremely accommodating in working around our busy periods, which required a quite atmosphere and clean environment.
During the process ROSSCLAIR was helpful in addressing work change orders and cost saving ideas while enhancing the overall value and ambiance of the finished product.
