This was a very long white sandy beach with a view of La Grave as you drove up to it. Windsurfers were on one side of the road and the public beach on the other. Only problem with the beach was the sand was a bit too soft for me. Still we walked for over an hour and never got close to the end of the beach. A very unique beach where we had a picnic in the parking lot on one of the picnic tables before our walk. We saw seals close to shore, the island off in the distance, and heard the squeaky sand as we hiked along the dunes next to the ocean. There is also a washroom in the small parking lot that was quite clean.
Beautiful area. Very calm and windy. Perfect place to do kit or take a nice nap. Funny fact, the sand makes noise when you walk on it.
Beautiful beach! We walked 18 km until the end and it was worth every effort.
This beach the most beautiful one in Canada without doubt, white sandy beach for 12km untill the end of the world🤩 deserve to visit it
My favourite beach on the island, it was very beautiful, soft sand, surrounded by dunes that can provide a cool spot to lay your towel down and spend the day. Definitely worth a visit
