I took my Mercedes GLC300 to Samad Automotive for a service B which includes an oil change and a couple of checks on the vehicle. The owner was very professional and took me in right on time. He did all the appropriate checks, was honest and took his time with my car. The value that you get for the quality of work is unbeatable plus the service was better than I've received at a Mercedes dealership. Additionally I saved over $500 which was an added bonus! I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on and will be referring all my friends and family.

Always a great experience when I visit this mechanic shop. I took my Audi A5 and S5 here to get the brakes replaced and my regular car maintenance like oil change, tire repairs and swapping, wheel alignment services etc.

Ibraheem has always been honest with what repairs my car needed urgently and what isn’t dangerous and could wait until my next visit. He was able to diagnose my car problems that Audi themselves were unable find and were not enthusiastic about fixing. It’s usually hard, as a female, to find a mechanic you can trust, but I’m glad I found my forever one!

I am able to leave my car at the repair shop and someone usually gives me a ride home or to work. Sometimes I take a loaner vehicle while I wait if there’s one available. It is a super convenient and all services are very fairly priced in comparison to the other shops in Scarborough and Toronto. The quality of work and customer service is amazing so I will continue to bring mine and my family’s cars here.
