Unassuming exterior, but inside the selection of glasses curated by Joanna and the others is very tasteful. They are very good at helping you find glasses that suit your face and lifestyle, and won't try to sell you anything past your budget point. I have lived all over the world and always get my glasses here when I'm passing through Toronto - well chosen, decently priced frames, made quickly and very friendly and genuine service. Highly recommend.

After spending lots of time looking for a particular brand of glasses and not finding anything, my friend suggested Scarboro Optical. The store carried my brand and composition which was great. Even better was the optician, Mike, who served me--helpful and patient. Also the price was great! I took another friend along and she was quite impressed with the selection and the service.

Lori and Hasan are fabulous in all aspects of getting me equipped with new prescription glasses. They helped me with choosing, fitting, and eventually doing the claim thru my corporate benefits. Even a suggestion for me to repurpose my old frames into computer work glasses. Rock solid team they have!

Great people and wonderful service... I thought the glasses were kaput for good, but Lana was able to repair a broken frame for my pensioner friend with a smile and a sense if humour! Two thumbs up!!!
