(February 11, 2017, 11:36 pm)Great experience! Front desk was extremely busy so it took a couple of minutes to check in but they were very sweet. I was a little nervous, but the tech was very reassuring and he made me feel much more comfortable. The free underground parking was a nice bonus as I went during the ice storm.
