(January 26, 2019, 9:52 pm)The staffs are friendly but the biggest problem is the wait. Too few tellers serving too many customers. There are many seniors living in this neighbourhood who do not use the ATM or online banking. They all pay their bills through the teller. Only two tellers to handle three or four bill paying customers can take a long time. The Scotia Bank at Steels and Markham Road is much better in waiting time.
