I was a part of Shaz group for kickboxing sessions and during my first time with her, it was very welcoming. I did about two months of session and it really changed my lifestyle. Not only physical aspects but I gained more confidence and strength. The sessions were very tiring but worth it because you just feel good after. Also I like that every after sessions, she would share her views about certain important topics about the world news politics regarding female power. Even if im not of the group right now, I highly recommend Shaz and will def come back after pandemic. I still practice the routines at home, shadow boxing exercises etc, I did bought a punching bag. really effective training!
I recently started my personal training sessions with Shaz at Pickering location and I can't thank her enough for her flexibility in schedule and understanding my personal fitness goals. I have had personal trainers before but Shaz is the best so far. Shaz has motivated me with her knowledge in both fitness and nutrition. I am loving my classes and highly recommend her to anyone to reach their fitness goals.
It has been really tough getting back into shape after quarantine. With gyms being closed, at home workouts have not been enough and I lost a lot my fitness progress that I had made. I needed that extra motivation and Shazia helped me get back at it! She knows how to push my limits and I notice myself getting stronger after each session. She is not only a personal trainer but also a lifestyle coach. Her advice has improved my personal wellbeing in all aspects of my life. She makes workouts super enjoyable but challenging. Shazia has helped me gain confidence at the gym and I couldn’t have reached my fitness goals without her. Shazia is dedicated to her clients and her passion inspires me. She is amazing, I love training with her!
Shazia is training from a new facility @ Club 1 Studios. I cancelled my other gym membership to join this gym. It is absolutely beautiful with all the new equipment. With the current COVID-19 situation, they ensure to keep the gym clean and have the equipment spaced apart. All the staff are super welcoming and friendly. Another great perk about this gym is not having to book your workout. There is plenty of space and even at peak times, the gym doesn’t feel crowded. 10/10 facility and staff!
I've been training with Shaz for a number of sessions now, and I am thrilled with the quality of service. She is committed to her clients, and ensures a thorough and thoughtful personal training session. Shaz is very dedicated to and knowledgeable of her craft. She has a genuine and passionate interest in understanding and guiding the health and well being of individuals. Particularly in these times, she prioritizes the time safety of her clients, and is flexible in workout schedules and plans.

I am a new member with Sharif Fitness (February 2020). I purchased a package through Groupon and have already met with Shaz, had my assessment and my first personal training class with her. She truly knows her fitness!! She was very comfortable to speak with and has an amazing attitude! My first session was tough as I have been out of shape for quite some time but she got me through it!! Everything has been put on hold for now during this global pandemic but I cant wait to go back! I would also like to add that during this time, they have found a way to keep all their members active with their free home sessions which is awesome!
