(February 3, 2019, 6:48 pm)This is where I go to buy most of my groceries, they have a large selection of everything I've ever wanted to make food with.
They have a pretty good selection of Asian sauces, spices etc. They've also got a very large selection of pretty cheap drinks, so I usually buy in bulk each time I go.
They have some generic household stuff as well, soaps, pans, pots, etc.
They cut and serve meat fresh in the back of the store as well.
They also serve premade food right in store, but I have been unable to get around to trying it.

(December 24, 2018, 11:35 pm)Shengthai Fresh Foods is good but the truth is, I went there for Hot and Spicy Takeout Foods. They are amazing, the food is awesome. You should try it.
(September 4, 2018, 3:02 pm)It has a lot of varieties of noodles available. It's a big place and you normally get things cheaper here than at retail grocery stores. They have also started selling hot snacks and to-go items. However, sadly they have very less options, if you are vegetarian. Nice overall rating.
