Lyne the Manager at the store tonight went above and beyond tonight to take care of my issue.

I had bought a pair of shoes from this location and 3 months later the soles were worn out and peeling. She handled the situation professionally and made me feel welcome and was able to find me a suitable replacement and did it all with a fantastic attitude.

I and my wife will continue to shop at this specific location bc of her, my wife ended up buying a pair of shoes for herself tonight too from this location and I’ve bought a few pairs from here before too.

My experience here was nothing special. They seemed to have a good selection of sizes/shoes, however, I feel like the customer service I received left more to be desired. The sales associate who was helping me seemed really spaced out, every question I had was answered with a slowly articulated response that felt more like general chat rather than actually answering my question. For example, when I asked what she thought of the shoes I picked, she replied with "I feel like I like them but, ummm, I don't want you to come back and be, like, mad at me if you change your mind and be like 'it was your fault!'" with an odd smile on her face. I don't mean to be rude/I don't mean disrespect, I just found the entire encounter odd. I didn't buy the shoes, however, I found out they had a big sale just a few days later. A heads up would've been nice as I could've potentially over spent on them for no reason rather than waiting a few days. Also, the advertised sales which got me in the store only applied to a small selection of shoes in the corner of the store, many of which were out of sizes. The shoes look great and are generally decent quality though.
