Your service was excellent, it is just a cultural thing with me, I grew up in a culture where having 60% is very exceptional, so you can assume my 3 stars are actually a 5 stars thing.
Again your service was excellent, I emailed you to inform about vacating the storage and that was it...it doesn't always work that easy with many other companies.

Excellent customer service! The staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. I also find this location convenient and the units are ground level, which make it very accessible.

Excellent service, Cody helped us a lot with his knowledge. All our questions were answered. We will definitely be back in the future and recommend this location.

So I've been dealing with StorageMart on Sheppard & McCowan for the last couple years and let me tell you the customer service there is absolutely amazing deal with Cody fantastic guy!! tell him from Giggles sent you he'll take care of you.

I have moved to this friendly-environment property since June 2016. I regret to have to move out from this property due to very poor business volumn to justify my continued renting of the unit. I am pleased to express my sincere gratitude to Byron and Cody for their most friendly and helpful service and advice rendered to me in this extended period. I also would like to recommend prospective tenants to consider this friendly-environment property.
