The Chesterfield Shop

Yesterday was our first visit to the Chesterfield Shop. It was a pleasure to meet Olga and to benefit from her experience and knowledge about the product. We're very pleased with our purchase (a sectional sofa) and we're very much looking forward to it's arrival in a month. Thank you Olga!

It was the first time we were visiting a Chesterfield shop after hearing excellent feedback from our friends and they were not wrong! We were greeted by their wonderful associate, Olga, who was such a pleasure to deal with. She was very patient as we were looking for something very specific and has a very fun personality. We did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase and Olga spent around 2 hours with us, customizing the perfect sofa for our space and we bought it! 11/10 amazing service and highly recommend!! Can't wait for our delivery :)

A great experience yesterday at The Chesterfield Shop with Olga Coish. She took a great deal of time explaining the product that I was interested in. She was very well informed on each item that I was looking at. I give her an A plus.

After going up and down Kennedy and encountering varying degrees of quality and helpfulness at other stores, it was refreshing to experience top notch customer service (thank you Olga!) and high quality furniture. Olga really helped us find the right pieces for our family and we really appreciate her attention to detail and style choices.
