Pendar went out of his way to help me resolve a complicated problem with no financial benefit to him. He used his extensive industry knowledge to navigate the customer service department of a service provider. He explained to me why we were getting the unhelpful response and kept calling agents until my problem was fixed. I’m very impressed with his knowledge and helpful attitude. I will be taking my business to his store.
