(February 16, 2019, 7:15 pm)The issue I went to the source for was not resolved as I hoped but the two attendants that I dealt with tried their best to help. It was a matter involving a charge on my phone bill.They explained what it was but all the options offered would not have offset the charge. I don't have data on my phone by choice because I am not a phone hog.The data used was almost non existent but the charge to my phone bill was more than 20%
The advice given was that every time I turn on my phone I should make sure that data is turned off but I will see if that will help

(November 27, 2018, 1:26 am)Great Customer Service, I went in to purchase the Google Mini that is on sale, unfortunately it was sold out. I had checked online for availability at the Morningside location, I guess their online point of sale is not real time. Nevertheless, the gentleman there was helpful and orderd me one for store pick up. It sucks to wait until Friday but thats okay, the price was worth it and I will get it in Aqua. #HappyShopper
