Town Care IDA Pharmacy

Great pharmacy. It is tiny, but cozy! The staff were polite and thorough; they carefully explained my medication, taking the time to answer my questions after a relatively short wait (considering there were several people ahead of me picking up their prescriptions). Since there is an attached clinic, it is straightforward to simply immediately pick up your prescription here. There is also a pretty wide variety of medical supplies available, and a small selection of snacks and drinks, should you be in need of any.

You can't get any better than Town Center Pharmacy. The kindness, patience, and dedication is one that all pharmacies should show. I have never had a problem with any of the staff or the pharmacy people, and it is always a pleasure to go there and have their professional and courteous behavior as a wonderful experience, and also the good things is they have walking clinic too, I am happy to say that I have finally found a GREAT location with incredible staff. I recently suffered in injury in the work place and after sitting in an emergency room waiting room for hours I decided to try them out. This walking clinic and his staff quickly diagnosed the problem, arranged for xrays, and treatment to help me through my long recovery process... thank you for being Human and respectful a very refreshing experience. This is my favourite pharmacy, so much so that I make sure I fill out my scripts here even if another pharmacy is more convenient. The main pharmacist Roshanak (Rose) is calm, caring and patient. You never feel rushed when talking to her, and she really takes her time to explain information and answer questions. She feels more like a friend than a stranger. All the other pharmacists I've met are kind too. If you're looking for a pharmacy that cares for you, this is a good place to be.
