Very Peri Chicken

When we went on a week day, place was a little quiet. Most people went there to get take-out vs dine in. They were all out of the Chicken and Beef kebobs so I tried the Beef burger with Peri Peri fries, and paid the extra $1.29 to get the spicy mayo aioli.

Burger was surprisingly pretty juicy but it was the fries that were amazing and definitely surprised us! Would go again for the fries and sauce alone! It's a small place, but the food is good!

The food was alright, lacked a bit of flavour. The people working were nice and friendly, fairly quick too (you can tell they make it fresh). There's a few parking spots, can be hard to park on a busy night. There's quite a bit of room inside to eat and just relax. Nice and clean inside. They also offer glass coke and other sodas in glass bottles!

I stopped going to Nando's and travel from Vaughan to this place for their chicken. The flavor of the spices is mixed so well with the smokiness from the grill, and the meat is cooked thorough and tender. Biting into a piece fresh off the grill is very satisfying. The portions are big and the prices are just right. Will continue to visit!

Great experience! Amazing food complimented by terrific service. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Scarborough. We ordered two platters which gave me and my friend half a chicken and ribs as well. The sides that went along that we chose were rice and potatoes for both. But they have other choices as well, including fries, coleslaw and corn on the cob to mention a few. Very inexpensive, however the amount of food my buddy and I received was more than enough. We had to get take away trays :) Overall, this restaurant was awesome, very clean and the manager made sure that we had everything we wanted, even control of the television. Highly recommend trying this restaurant and don’t forget to get dessert...and if you have the room, a milkshake. I got the mango shake :). Hope that helps in your decision making.
