West Hill Medical Centre

We have been going to this clinic for the past 4 years or so. We are so fortunate to have them in the community. Dr Prabhakaran is my (and my children's) family doctor and Doctor Ruben is my husband's. They are exceptionally knowedgeable, thorough, and helpful. We are always made to feel like a priority; they have accommodated us last minute many times. The office is clean, the staff are so kind and hepful, and walk-in as well as appointment wait times have not been long at all. We also really appeciate the phone consultaton option during the last few months.

West Hill is a very exceptional clinic with friendly staff who really care about their patient’s needs and are very accommodating. Dr. Ruben is a fantastic physician as he is very understanding and skillful in what he does.  He is very patient and is always on time for his appointments. I have always had a pleasant experience from this clinic and will recommend this practise to anyone.

Very nice clinic neat and clean. Our family doctor is here. They will call you for follow-up. Give referrals when needed. The clinic is busy though. You may have to wait for appointments. If you are ready to wait for walk-in they will accommodate.

I started coming to this location this year and thus far it has been the best experience I have ever had with a clinic. From the incredibly friendly and sweet front end, to my fantastic doctor & my favourite pharmacist who has been so knowledgable and helpful. I couldn't have found a better clinic at the perfect time. I've gotten the run around from previous doctors (family, walk-in, specialists and hospital), and I've dealt with rude pharmacists and receptionists over the years as my health has declined, but I am so grateful for this clinic. I recommend my whole family to them and was recommended to them by my neighbor who has had nothing but good things to say about them as well. Thank you for always giving me great service & guidance! Keep up the amazing work you guys do and thank you for giving me faith again in going to doctors when I need medical help! I highly recommend their clinic and if you have had bad experiences with doctors & clinics in the past, I suggest you see what help they can offer you. They really care and I doubt you'll regret it. They are currently accepting new patients so you definitely want to check them out. They have both a male (my doctor) and a female doctor, and they informed me that as a female if I ever wanted to get some advice or help from the female doctor, that it wouldn't be an issue which I think is awesome of them! Soon I hear they will also be getting another doctor to join their team as their number of patients are growing fairly quickly. You'll see for yourself why when you visit!
