As a frequent traveller I’ve dealt with this travel company for the last 6 years or so and I had good experiences. I have done one person booking to 7 person booking. It all worked out well. In a very competitive industry their prices are reasonable. Mahendren has the knowledge and easy to talk to and staff have good customer service. I will certainly deal with Whitehorse travels and recommend it to others.
I have booked more than 5 trips with White Horse Travel Ltd and I am very happy with their service. Mahendran is approachable, patient and friendly. Prices are cheap and fair. Most of my family and friends also have positive experience with him.
We once had an emergency and decided to cancel our tickets. Mahendran worked with the respective Air line and got us 100% refund.
