In spite of the crowd, they were able to attend to us professionally and personally while apologizing and updating us on the progress and stages involved. I felt great and didn't even know when I spent over 3hrs with them. Kudos to the team for teaching me a new dimension in customer service. Yes, I learnt by observing them.
