Ordered Fish&Chicken Soup. Honestly don't know how to translate this. The cooking method is unique - using steam to quickly heat and boil the fish and chicken. Creamy and so delicious soup in like a few minutes. The photo shows when all ingredients were laid in the stone wok. A few minutes later, the "soup" is done. It's more like " hot pot" then soup actually. After the fish and chicken are done, you can use the broth to hot-pot more stuff.
