We went to Zach because our real estate agent retired. Since it was during the peak-corona time, it was difficult to find a client for our apartment. Zach was very patient and helped us during the entire process. One of the days when I called to reduce the price, he mentioned that there are enough viewings and encouraged me to be patient and wait for the right offer. He suggested me to not reduce the price and finally bought us 2 offers. He also helped us negotiate and choose one. In addition to the agent’s responsibilities, he helped us with all other things like coordinating with cleaners, collecting 2nd set keys etc. My wife and I are very happy with his service and hopefully we will few more business with him. After I contacted Zach about renting a property he had listed (that it turned out had already been leased), he took it upon himself to find us a similar property that would meet our needs. He helped us through the process of viewings, negotiations, and signing the lease, and continued to check in with us and ensure things were going smoothly right up to our move-in. This is very late in coming but I had a great experience with Zach as a first-time buyer in Toronto last year. Originally I had contacted Zach to find a new rental but eventually moved towards looking at buying.
