(March 5, 2019, 2:27 pm)Okay, the atmosphere and location aren't great (it's located on the second floor of a seniors building) but given the affordable prices and authentic home-made style cooking, it's really a hidden gem. Avoid the seniors rush-hour (lunchtime 11:30am to 12:30pm and 4:30 to 5:30pm) or you'll be waiting a long time for service. Their tofu salad is AMAZING - very fresh and delicious and try the nabeyaki udon soup - also very delicious and it tastes like mom made it (your Japanese mom!).

(July 22, 2017, 2:51 am)One of my favorite authentic Japanese diner in the beautiful Japanese retirement home. Great service, great food with reasonable price. You can also watch TV Japan while you are waiting.
