Huge park with trails for walking, cycling or mountain biking. Nice area for a range of outdoor activities. Has a dog park and horseback riding academy. Roads could use repaving in some areas but overall well maintained. Busy in good weather.
Plenty of space and plenty of dogs. During the day, the majority of the visitors are from dog walking services, so your pup will have plenty of dogs to play with.
Huge park. Usually use it for the sports fields. Good facilities, lots of parking, and far enough from roads that you feel like you're out of the city.
Beautiful, huge park with the creek running through it, a huge fenced-in dog park and horse stables (which may only get used in summer?). Go in winter as it's way less crowded, even though some of the trails and parking lots are closed off. In summer it can be dominated by large families who choose to have a bbq here for whatever reason.
A beautiful, diverse park open for year-round use. Plenty of trails fit for different purposes, and a great deal of space for many activities. It's located near the hospital, and soon will be next to the new streetcar line on Eglinton. It's one of the best parks in the city, especially as it connects to the rest of the Don Valley system.
