Toronto Central Island

Just loved it. Full of greenery, trees for shades. Just take a blanked and lay down where you like.

Nice place for family with kids. Refreshing with the summer breath!

Great place to go during summer, beach, picnic,biking,farm, small theme park for kids. You d better buy the ferry tickets online

the log ride is my kids also my favorite ride ever. remember going as a kid. so much fun. Pack lots of water and food it's super expensive here

We loved Centre Island today. Had a great time sitting and sunning at Chelsea Beach where we also had a picnic lunch at a picnic table under a tree. Then we took the 230pm tram around the three islands. That was more than I had seen before. Then we went for a walk to Far Enough Farms to see the animals and birds. I'm sad that the animals won't be there after this year. Then we went to Centreville and had a soft ice cream. After that we went back to the beach and did some.more walking on the wharf and along the roads. It was a lovely, leisurely afternoon. We also made it in the ferry on both ends without waiting. I think four of us were there for about 6 hours and the ferry ride was about $27 for two seniors and two adults and the tram ride was $10 for two adults and $7 for two seniors. Smallest soft ice cream was about $3.50 each. We were there from 1-7pm on a Monday. Beautiful views of Toronto Skyline.
