My mom has been going here for physio appointments. The team at Body Dynamics has been very kind, helpful and nothing but respectful.

This is a excellent physiotherapy clinic. The staff are very nice and friendly. I went there due to may lower back and my knee and I was happy with the care.

I have had back and neck problems for many years. Most of my problems come from abuse, neglect, and lack of exercise related to my history in the construction industry. I have heard of massage therapy for many years, and I have refused to have anything to do with any "massage therapy". Stories from friends and public gossip have always forced me to associate "massage therapy" with "happy endings". I always thought that if I ever frequented one of these "massage therapy" locations, it would only be a mater time before my wife took 50% and some layer would end up taking the other 50%. And so I continued to suffer with pain.

This summer I replaced the shingles on my shed, and I chose to do so at the beginning of July......bad mistake in many ways. When I was finished (in many ways as well) I was forced to see my doctor. He recommended BODY DYNAMICS PHYSIOTHERAPY. I was desperate (because of pain), and I went . I do realize that my physical problems are the result of the culmination of many years, and no doctor or any therapy will ever bring back my health. When we abuse, we lose.

I have experienced physio, chiro, and of course massage therapy at Body Dynamics. I don't think that anyone can bring back my health, but after these sessions I do feel better for several days. I'm able to function with less pain and no need to take pain meds. All the staff, especially Joy are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and qualified in the health profession (and not for happy endings). For me, one of the most important things is that when I leave, I do feel much better then when I went in.
