(April 27, 2021, 5:50 pm)UPDATE: After escalating the issue, CG has informed me they will fix the jacket sleeve at a reasonable fee. They are also replacing the other sleeve under warranty, I think in order to match the other sleeves color. Though it took a few times of back and forth to resolve, pretty good service in the end. Will update once I’ve received my jacket back.
2nd UPDATE: Jacket arrived last Friday. Repaired to like new condition. Very satisfied with the results!
