Mario at Caplan’s was such a pleasure to work with! As a busy working mom with a baby at home (during a pandemic no less!) I was getting really stressed out trying to figure out which appliances to get to replace our old ones by searching reviews across the big box stores. When my good friend referred me to Mario, I couldn’t believe how easy and stress-free the experience became! We were able to communicate entirely on email (a huge bonus for me since time is so limited with having a baby at home). He guided me to choose the best appliances for our budget and gave me the confidence and peace of mind I wasn’t getting when I was searching on my own. It was clear he has a wealth of knowledge and was very responsive to my follow up questions about minor details prior to purchasing. I highly recommend working with Mario and Caplan’s over the big box stores. The prices were better and the experience was honestly a pleasure!
Having a terrible time getting Miele to send a technician to look at my fridge that was just installed. Door issues and they do not seem to be responding to Abdul's appeal for help. Promises to call with an appointment but no luck. Tomorrow will be a full week since I reported the fridge door not working. What happened to speedy customer service - from Miele and Caplan's??
Adding a follow up note and changing my review to be four stars. The Miele technician came yesterday and replaced the door opening device. The door now works and I am satisfied. Thanks.
Abdul at Caplan's was amazing! We got all our appliances from them for our new house. From the beginning of the process to end Abdul was professional, polite, patient (with so many options he patiently waited for us to go through the different manufacturers and models to choose what we wanted every time we met with him), very knowledgeable and most importantly, super effective (when our laundry machine/dryer was in short supply he managed to find a way to get a set to us in time). If I had to do it all over again, without a doubt, I would get Abdul to help us. Couldn't be happier!
Caplan's was such a pleasure to work with. I didn't even have to go into the store, I told Sam what I wanted, and he told me what I should get. I researched the prices elsewhere and Caplan's had by far the best prices for the suggested models. Delivery was quick and the installers who were suggested to me were excellent. Would totally use them again!
Great products, great presentation, great service. Ask for Sam. He understood our needs and guided us to the perfect choices for us. I was able to relax confident that we had just the right hood for our new Wolf range. Then, Sam found us an Ontario energy rebate program that saved us $500 on our new dishwasher. Thanks Sam! Shopping at Caplan's was a stress free positive experience. (Such a relief compared to one other store where I felt the salespeople were steering us to products they were trying to move without regard to what was best for us) Highly recommended!
