I ordered a gift basket to a secondary address as a birthday surprise and I am 1000% pleased with the service received. In error, I did not put the secondary address in my order but Megan and I resolved the issue very quickly. The basket was delivered early in the day and the card was handwritten adding a special touch. Thank you Megan and my sister was very very impressed with the standard and quality of everything in the basket.
Another thing to note that I was impressed by is that Megan had her full name and phone number accessible with her e-mail. This showed a very personal touch to this business. I will definitely be supporting this local family owned business again!

I've ordered a few times from Caribou Gifts and each time Megan has gone above and beyond to fulfill my requests. My daughter had her heart set on gifting items from 2 different baskets and Megan was able to customize something for us. In addition to some baskets, I've ordered games and children's items to use as Christmas gifts/stocking stuffers. She has such a good selection of items and is always willing to work with you to personalize the perfect gift. I have the pleasure of both receiving a Caribou Gifts gift basked as well as working with the owner for her marketing (I'm a photographer) - so I am well-equipped to speak about how great a business this is from two different perspectives.

I worked with Megan relatively recently helping her prepare images for one of her catalogs and I learned all about the business while we worked. She has put a lot of thought into her business, and I am endlessly impressed by her dedication to local sourcing and thoughtful content choices. She places great care into each basket, and after photographing them all, I made a decision to order some as gifts for family and friends closer to Christmas time.

Roughly a month later, I received a Caribou Gifts basket from my realtor as a celebratory token, and needless to say I was very happy with the choices that were made. Megan even swapped out one candle for a different one as she knew that I would appreciate it. It's that kind of thoughtfulness that will always sit at the forefront of my mind when people ask where they can go for unique gift ideas.

I needed a last minute gift for my sister’s new baby. She’s vegan so I needed something that matched her lifestyle. Megan suggested a pair of baby slippers, vegan and ethically made, and so so beautiful, my sister loved them and was very touched that the gift was on par with her lifestyle. Perfect gift!
