They get the job done properly!
We ordered a custom built prep table fridge from DSW restaurant equipment in 2014. The build quality was decent and the steel and gauge they used was good but the fridge leaked freon before a year was over. On calling them for service their first reaction was it"s not because of our fault without even having it looked at. I had to call numerous times before they sent someone in. They said they would only fix it if it was a manufacturing defect. Their tech came and fixed it. It leaked again after a year and they reluctantly sent someone to fix it.
