Patient Service is really good and virtual call with doctors, safe and efficient thank you for your service.

So happy this online walk-in exists! Fast, easy, and my doctor was really sweet to check in with how things are going generally. Especially now, it’s wonderful there’s a way to stay at home and get the medical care you need without putting healthcare workers and patients at risk. Oh also, they put my prescription through directly to my pharmacy! Thanks

Terrific experience. On call doctor was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful and the on-site health practitioner was efficient, caring and a pleasure to deal with.

The whole process including wait time took 20 minutes (during the non-peak period) from beginning to end.

I left feeling properly looked after. The video appointment was a unique and positive experience.
