We are new to Canada and new to Toronto, so we knew very little about the rental market here. Michael was incredibly helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for him; he even viewed properties with us on a holiday long weekend. He is knowledgeable and efficient, and he helped us through what was quite a stressful time. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or rent in Toronto.
