I have been using the services of Mr. Sprinkler for over 10 years. They open and close my services every year. I have had sprinkler heads, replaced and added over the years. I deal with Marcello and Giulia all the time.
I have referred many of my customers and friends over the years and some of them are using Mr. Sprinkler.
Today I started to write a poor review and posted it. Five minutes later Giulia called me. I explained why I was upset. She apologized and took care of the problem immediately. I removed that post but I was really upset before that phone call.
My business depends on good customers relationships. I now know that Mr. Sprinkler also believes in trying to please its customers. Keep up the good work and you are back on my number "1" sprinkler referral company.
