We recently purchased a used vehicle from Mitchel Xavier at Old Mill. The vehicle was exactly as listed and had been through the Cadillac Certified shop inspection which gave us peace of mind. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Mitchell for his professionalism and attention to detail. At no time did we feel pressured. The experience was very good and we had choices and were provided information to make our own decisions. For those who feel car sales professionals are sleezy and deceitful I have to tell you while that may be true at other establishments; it is definitely not at Old Mill. Mitchell is honest, genuine, articulate, and professional. The whole process was very easy and thoroughly enjoyable. We are extremely happy with our “new to us” used vehicle.

First time here, as my old dealer Dean Myers is no longer in business. Over all impression that it is better than Dean Myers ever was. Tim, my Service Advisor did an excellent job of listening to what was wrong with my Buick. Old Mill offers a 15% discount for seniors, comes in very handy. I would recommend Old Mill and for sure I will use their service department for any major service on my Buick! Thanks for the ride to and pick up from my home!

I just leased a new vehicle with Old Mill Cadillac and it was such a smooth experience with the help of Mitchell Xavier - he made things so easy with communication over the phone and I only had to make one trip into the dealership site to actually look at the car and test drive it. I basically told him what I wanted and he simply gave us the best deal possible by including everything that I could think of negotiating for with his Sales Manager. All was in order and we picked up our brand new car within ONE WEEK of inquiry. Mitchell really delivered for an easy transaction by always being responsive and accommodating over the phone. This is my 2nd time leasing from this dealership and the sales department’s service has proven to be a pleasant one.

A big shout out to Atif Nawaz my husband purchased a Cadillac he was very polite and was very professional and helpful...answering all our questions and any concerns there was 2 XR 5 on the lot and one was sold and he right away sent Joe a message if we were still interested and yes we were any one who goes to this Old Mill on St Clair ask for Atif he deserves a 20 star also he before purchasing the vehicle i had a concern about the tires and he replaced and had the truck buffed up we are so happy with the service ... when Joe came to piick up the vehicle Atif was off that day but he made sure he came to the lot so everything was under control on his day off...thats what u call customer service... over and beyond taking care of the customers... i highly reccomend him he is a true gem and is so dedicated to his job ...
