Happy New year to the physical Therapy One team. Wishing you all continued success and happiness. I've had the privilege of having Alex and Mark provide me with exemplary physio and massage therapy support last year. They, (therapists and admin support) are a VERY knowledgeable team, VERY polite, courteous, respectful, patient and pleasant. I follow through with all their recommended therapeutic exercises and see healing results everytime.
The one thing I HAVE to point out about Alex and Mark is that they never made me feel rushed and always take an extra moment to answer any questions I may have....thank you! I was referred to Physio 1 by two co workers and I would recommend this team to anyone!

My daughter had knee problem while back .The best physiotherapy I can even get for my daughter. Mega explained very well by drawing it her self and Gave the exercise in fun way that my 13 year old can understand.highly recommend Mega as physio.
