I had an odd issue, a couple of months ago, with one of the oils I regularly buy and they exchanged it for me with no problems. They replenish stock regularly and also bring in new items or are willing to order it in if required. I've been a regular customer with them since I moved to rhe neighborhood 2 1/2 years ago.
