Roots Rock Reiki

On the journey to becoming yourself, sometimes it is necessary to remove a little personal clutter. This is why I decided to visit Roots Rock Reiki. Thanks to the highly gifted and intuitive Reiki Therapist, Kimberly Daley, at each session I was able to address some difficult personal barriers and left feeling a sense of calm and assurance. With her steady guidance, I am gaining a fuller sense of myself and that I can walk in my own skin and feel safe there. Kim has helped alleviate a lot of personal fear and hurt and shame. Her skills and talents put to work, create a space where I can see the goodness of life more clearly. Thank you Kim.

I went in wanting to talk, have someone listen and benefit from energy work. I have been to see several energy practicioners. Kim I think is a real energy therapist. I felt instantly at ease and open when I arrived. I left fully relieved, invigorated, with a new perspective on the roots of why I was feeling off. She sincerely cares in a fun, not all talking kind of way, just letting me work on what was coming out in a balanced way. In addition, beneath my tensions and feeling tired, were energy blocks, and depletion in energy centres. I could feel certain parts achy, or cold, if that makes sense. There were stuck negative feeling projected onto me by others, pain at loss, and even un-compartmentalized knowledge and emotional events. Once I could see it from an outside perspective, and having Kim there as a safe person to lend energy and presence to deal with it, I had a breakthrough. It dissolved. In my head rationally already it had been no big deal , but now I felt my confidant self again that I know. I felt cleansed and recharged. And there was someone there who cares beside me to work with these things. It was too much till now. Thank you Kim sincerely. I recommend you to others. I will be coming back!
