Southport Outdoor Living - Toronto Store

This store has beautiful merchandise, but what really works is the helpful staff. We were served by Vanessa. She couldn't have been nicer. Extremely patient, informed, and accommodating. We took up a lot of her time, and then decided to do more research before purchasing. The alternate stores were nearby, and had terrible service. We came back within the hour. Vanessa not only arranged delivery, special items, and discounts...she helped us when some tiny parts were missing on receipt of product. We had 100% customer satisfaction, and would recommend this store to anyone looking for outdoor furniture.

I love working with Southport Outdoor Living on many of my outdoor projects. I love the flexibility that they allow me when I'm getting my cushions custom made there. Custom means custom at Southport unlike other places where I find my creativity restricted. Grateful for a wonderful staff and I especially love working with Vanessa there. Her interior designing skills are a wonderful treat because she absolutely understands my vision every time I come in. She also follows up when product arrives and always ensures prompt replies. Vanessa is such a pleasure. If you're looking for great outdoor furniture and great customer service...Southport is the place to go!

We recently bought outdoor furniture from Southport. They have a good selection of items in various price ranges. The store is big enough to see a variety of items but not too big to get lost in, like the "warehouse" stores. Vanessa was fantastic; very generous with her time, she supplied all the information we needed to make our best choices. She gave us both the "pros" and "cons" of each piece so we were fully informed before buying. They also have a good selection of barbeques, at very good prices.

Southport has a great selection of outdoor furniture. Even though there are larger outdoor furniture stores in the area, Southport had exactly what we were looking for and they were able to deliver quite quickly. We are very happy with our purchases and our overall experience. Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive and helpful throughout and you could tell that she really cared to make sure we were happy.
