This is a wonderful location to be near the city and close to the action but just distanced enough to save money on renting a space. If you're a small business and need a space than this is your turn key solution: pump trucks, loading docks, fairly priced rent, nice responsive management. The people here are nice as well, very friendly and for sure you'll make some new friends in your new work environment.

Spaceworks is a great space to start a business and grow your business in a unique environment. The loading docks are essential, pump trucks are readily available. The management are friendly, helpful and accommodating. We've been here for 5 years and have moved a few times to accommodate our space needs. The location is perfect for jumping on the highway. All around great. We could use a coffee machine, oh man that would hit the spot!

If your looking for a safe place to set up shop that's affordable. This work space is perfect. The staff is helpful. If I could think of one small flaw is a ramp for hand deliverys might be nice. But if your getting stuff brought in by truck there are a number of bay doors to use. So it's not really a issue. All kinds of different talented independent businesses owners it the space. Alot of cool people under one roof.

Really nice place to work, you can get a chance to corporate with your neighbor in this place. I am just young business owner, XPFocus.Inc is my company. Karen in the management team, she really honest and respectful, had a lot of patient about my questions which was very simple and somehow stupid. Spacework team even referred my business to corporate with other people in shop. That makes me really appreciate. Here is the best place for young entrepreneur who have skills and ambition.

Good idea. Cost more then they advertise, or that you might think. Might not be worth it if you're not in a rush to get a shop space
