I met with 6 roofers before I ended up going with St. Louis roofing.
As my flat roof involved repairs to an existing roof assembly and the adding of new skylights, I was looking for an honest and fair assessment of my existing roof.
It’s easy to just say “you need to start over again with a new roof”.
I spoke with Julian for a long time about the condition of my existing flat roof (only 10 years old) and he was able to suggest a fair solution that would address the problems I was having, as well as complete the new work and be able to provide a warranty accordingly.
He arrived promptly and was careful and diligent with his work. This was not a rush job.
I appreciated that he took his time, and carefully addressed all the items we discussed. I would definitely refer him to others.
