I hired the services of Sutherland Legal for two unrelated matters: a straight forward will & power of attorney on one side and a trickier real estate law matter. The first matter was dealt with in a timely and clear fashion. The second matter was also addressed in a timely fashion with a fact and knowledge based strategy that allowed to solve a long outstanding conflict with neighbours. Property lines were not respected and I needed trespassing to stop after asking my neighbour for over a year for the matter to be addressed without any response.
