November 2020 - I posted my first review for this location of Walking on a Cloud two years ago so I thought it was time for an update. I've been back multiple times since then and I've always had a good experience. The staff is attentive (but not in your face), and they carry an excellent range of higher quality shoes. If they don't have your size for a style that you're interested in they will order it in for you at no charge from another location for you to try on. I've done this several times and there's never been a fuss if I decide the ordered in shoes still aren't right.

Brand name shoes and boots they carry include Sorrel, Birkenstock, Blundstone, Aravon, Clarks, Merrell and New Balance. They don't have children's shoes but they carry both women's and men's shoes in a range of sizes and widths.

My mom is obsessed with this store!
The people are very nice, and although their selection may not always be best, they are happy to order in shoes for you, and go the extra mile to help.

Just bought my mom a pair of winter boots and Birkenstock’s. She’s a very happy mommy.

The store manger was very helpful. Excellent customer service and a good selection of styles and sizes.
