Aircor provided an exceptional service. My furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and I needed a new one. They offered space heaters in the mean time while I waited for them and throughout the entire time the guys were super friendly and nice. Definitely a company you can trust - an attribute that's hard to find nowadays. Gladly I was referred to them by someone in my neighborhood else I wouldn't have been able to find them.

A small touch that I really liked is that they laid out carpet protectors all the way to the basement.

Aircor is an excellent company with great customer service. Our furnace died during a bad cold snap, and Chris was willing to take my call in the evening, and offered to come over to my house right away to take a look at the problem and explain my options. He even left some space heaters behind so we could stay warm overnight! I should also mention that when I was speaking with Chris I did not feel like I was being pressured by a sales pitch. He was honest and experienced, and wanted to make sure I made the best selection for our price range. A crew was at my house the following day, and did a great job installing a new furnace. They were courteous and friendly, and cleaned up well after themselves. Thanks to Aircor our house is warm again and the new furnace is very quiet.

I called them to get a quote on a replacement of a furnace and A/C combo. The person, Chris, who came to my house is the owner of the business. He asked important questions like how long I plan on living in the house, my budget, etc. He conducted his inspection and described what his suggestions were. We then sat down at the table and went over various options, where he was completely open and honest. I absolutely hate salesmen, and Chris was not a salesman. He did not pressure me at all or lie about anything. I met with 2 other companies and did not have a good experience. I ended up contracting Aircor and they finished the job exactly on time and for exactly the price on the quote. Overall, I am very happy with the service and am happy that my money went to this small business. Highly recommend.
