The staff we're exceptionally knowledgeable with chemicals and parts

Went in to purchase a few fittings for my new pool pump. The employee was extremely helpful even though I bought the pump elsewhere (I'm from out of town). I wish I had purchased my pump here as I was totally impressed with the time the staff took with me and the knowledge she shared. Definitely recommend this store!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. As a new salt water pool owner I generally have a ton of questions during this first year learning curve. The entire team is very helpful and takes the time to understand the situation.

I also appreciate that they find ways to help me save money rather than trying to up sell me on everything possible (with pools and spas there's a lot that could be up sold).

One word of warning, weekends can be very busy. Give yourself enough time to wait, a thoughtful staff can't just rush through everyone. You'll be glad you did wait!
