Just finished 13 weeks at this Bernstein clinic and couldn't be more pleased. The staff are all very knowledgeable and have good insights on how to stay with the program. I was almost 277lbs when I started and today, I came in at 222lbs. You have to have the will power to follow the diet, but as I was told, don't think of it as a diet, it's more of a lifestyle change. I would and will refer anyone to this clinic. Thanks Girls
