  Always happy with the results and the service.
  
  You have to accept cars and car maintenance are not cheap, and these guys do a great job for a reasonable price.
  
  Derek and Nate at the front counter are always helpful and willing to do what they can to help, they have gone out of their way to help me in the past and it is fully appreciated.
  
  Importantly I have never been unnecessarily up-sold on anything, they have always explained the situation as it is and, if something doesn't need to be fixed/dealt with immediately, they haven't tried to force me to get anything done just so they could get the sale.
  
  Would 100% recommend these guys.

  Thank you so much for all the work and care you give me for my car. I will never forget the time you came and picked me up when my car broke down on Hespeler road in the cold rain just before closing and took me to the shop and gave me a loaner car. Thanks Derek. wishing you a great New Year.

  Honest and helpful!
  A big thank you to Derek who was helping out in Waterloo the day I came in. I was told what the problem was and then asked if the tire might still have a warranty. They even helped me make the call to the dealer. That kind of honesty is so appreciated and will be remembered.

  Your not gonna get better than this service and reasonable price and a loaner car when didn't expect one. Not only that friendly you can't beat this I'm not one to give anyone 5 stars I would give them 7 out of 5 if I could
