(August 19, 2018, 10:16 pm)My CAA driver Danny was phenomenal in his customer service and personable skills. He was attentive and ensured my safety whilst loading my car up on the tow truck from the side of the highway. He continued with open communication during the ordeal and was fluid in making sure I was comfortable and if I had a plan in place.
